• Visa support and travel assistance

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Full payment must be received [X days] before departure (unless otherwise agreed).

4. Pricing

  • More than 30 days before departure: full refund (minus admin fees).
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Visit Arabia:
  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and required health documents.
• Visit Arabia assists with visa applications but does not guarantee approval.
• Any denial of entry or visa rejection is not the responsibility of Visit Arabia.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Visit Arabia acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local operators.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages beyond our control.
• Travelers participate in tours and activities at their own risk.

9. Changes to Itineraries

• Visit Arabia reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, local regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Substitutions will be of equal or greater value where possible.

10. Conduct of Travelers

• Travelers are expected to respect local laws, cultures, and customs.
• Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Visit Arabia. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law
